The fish and chips (with hand-cut fries) were tasty, although the portion was not as generous as at other places charging a similar price ($17). Can only describe the pricing as uneven ... some things are really overpriced, others very reasonable. The lunch menu is very limited, so it's not hard to see which are the best buys. Gorgeous post-and-beam building has a beautiful stone fireplace (and a tastefully designed mermaid-themed ladies' room!!) and a serene harbor view, which is part of what you're paying for.

Beautiful atmosphere in the dining room, out on the patio and in the bar!! Wait staff seemed genuinely happy to see patrons and were funny and helpful. Bathrooms are gorgeously decorated as is the main dining room. Lobsters were so fresh they literally come straight off the boat into the kitchen!!
Last night we were here for dinner, The food and service were excellent. The wait staff were friendly and well informed, the views of the ocean were breathtaking, the new owners are so wonderful. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable meal, so grateful. I wish them much success. Thank you
The food and service were excellent. We had dinner there one night, then went back another day for lunch. The added bonus at lunchtime was watching an eagle perch on top of one of the trees overlooking the harbor!
The Farfalle Seafood Trio was awesome, plenty of lobster, scallops, shrimp! And the Pistachio encrusted Halibut was delicious. Appetizer Calamari was tasty. Could not have had better meals. And the rainbow over the pretty harbor was a nice bonus!
New place for dinner and can't wait for lunch!!! Fabulous food, scenery to die for and great service. Will certainly be regulars!!
Restaurant just reopened under new management Same great location with beautiful water views Food was very good. Crab cakes and parpadelle for my wife, lobster stew ( could have been a tiny bit warmer ) and sea food parpadelle for me. Service was very friendly. Simple place with good food and beautiful views so we certainly will be back a few times this summer. With new campground close, I hope that restaurant will do well throughout summer!
We ate there for lunch yesterday after being at Schoodics Point. It was a pleasant surprise. Good service and food. My husband had the fried haddock sandwich and he thought it was really good. I had the crab cake BLT which was very good. And the place has a water view.
Little pricey for dinner, but great ambiance and the food is wonderful. Lunch was also very, very good I had the fish and chips. A very large portion and pricing was better. The view of Bunker's Harbor is unmatched!
Fantastic new destination restaurant for me being from Bangor area. This place is totally worth the trip. From start (homemade bread) to finish (rhubarb/strawberry cobbler) you can taste all the effort, experience, and love that goes into their food.....it is amazing. The service was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere and view can be found nowhere else. If you do one thing this summer, take a ride and go eat at Bunkers Wharf.
Wonderful surprise for its scenery, great food, and reasonable prices. Wait staff a little green but trying hard. With its quintessential fishing harbor setting, this is a top choice for dining options in Downeast Maine. Don't miss this one, just on the right after you leave the Schoodic Point section of Acadia National Park.
Great restaurant with a great view! Our drinks were amazing and so was the tuna steak! We recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The waitress was also very nice.
